To do this you need to identify your strengths and weaknesses, based upon the skills and knowledge used within your working role and in everyday settings.

 

The following Personal Empowerment (Business) Skill Set has been designed to provide new skills and tools, with a refresh of underpinning knowledge, assisting you to breakdown and understand each component of different workplace situations which may require a specialised approach.

  • Discuss ways to increase resilience

 

Module 4: Understanding Different Behavioural Styles

  • Discuss the benefits of understanding different behavioural styles
  • Discuss the key features of different behavioural styles
  • Identify how to modify your behaviour to build rapport and improve communication

 

Module 5: Problem Solving

  • Outline the five stages in the problem solving process
  • Apply tools to properly define a problem’s root cause
  • Collect and record critical information surrounding a problem
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate solution options
  • Evaluate the suggested options and choose the best solution
  • Create a project plan to assist with the smooth implementation of the solution
  • Evaluate whether the solution was successful and review the process used

 

Module 6: Conflict Resolution for Employees
